YX-951 sand tape joint adhesive is mainly used for joints such as zirconium corundum, BGY, paper tape, etc. After bonding, its strength can exceed the strength of the substrate, and it has strong resistance to high temperature, water, and low temperature.
Operating instructions:
1. Roughen the bonding surface of the joint and a layer of resin film on the surface of the substrate. The substrate should not be damaged too deeply (the surface should not contain oil, water, or dust) to avoid affecting the bonding quality.
2. YX-951 adhesive and curing agent ratio method: According to the user's adhesive product specifications, the curing agent is prepared at 8-12% of the adhesive.
After the curing agent is mixed with the adhesive, it must be stirred for 5 minutes with an electric mixer to thoroughly mix the curing agent and the adhesive evenly in order to achieve the bonding effect.
3. Gluing: Each surface of the adhesive should be evenly brushed and allowed to cool for 2-5 minutes before bonding. Mechanical adhesive coating should choose an appropriate viscosity based on the speed of the machine, control the baking temperature, and pay attention to surface dust on each surface of the adhesive to avoid affecting the bonding quality.
4. Bonding and pressurization: After the adhesive material is bonded, it is manually rolled and then pressurized with a press. The temperature of the radiation press is controlled at 60C for 1-2 round trips, and the temperature of the press block is controlled at 45C. The pressurization time is 10-20 seconds, and the pressure is 30N/cm2. It can be moved and re pressurized according to the needs of the adhesive material.
5. The strength of the adhesive depends on roughening, gluing, and heating and pressing. It is not allowed to add propylene glycol or other substances to the adhesive solution at will to avoid reducing the content. If the viscosity needs to be adjusted during mechanical gluing, acetone can be added appropriately. After adding, it must be stirred with a mixer for 5 minutes before use
